You can find her birth certificate on FamilySearch: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-13889-50876-46?cc=1831469&wc=10768119.
You have found her birth date in Genlias, so you have also found the names of her parents, Hendrikus van den Heuvel and Petronella Gevers.
Petronella died on 07-08-1890 in Veghel, a few days after Catharina's first birthday. I did not find a second marriage of her father, I think he did not get married again. Maybe you can find something in his death certificate: Hendrikus van den Heuvel died 24-07-1939 in Veghel.
Catharina gets married with Antonius Wilhelmus van Lieshout on 18-11-1907 in Veghel.
You should take a look in the "bevolkingsregister" of Veghel to see where and with whom she lived during childhood. An index of those registers can be found online, you can order a copy of those pages.
All info mentioned can be found searching the database on BHIC. Certificates can easily be found on FamilySearch through www.genver.nl, browse to Noord-Brabant and then Veghel.
Birth = geboorte
Marriage = huwelijk
Death = overlijden
Don't forget to look in the "huwelijkse bijlagen", the papers the couple had to show when they applied for a marriage licence.

Thank you for you help looking at the dates of her mothers death i assume she died in child birth with Wilhelmina born on the date of death for the mother. I cant see anything to indicate that catharina was an orphan maybe after her mothers death she was cared for by others with the surname de groot my father seems to remeber that name so i may follow that lead as well thank you again for your help it was great

Dear Julie, just as Dorethé advised, you can look in our Ancesters databank to Catharina van den Heuvel in Veghel by activating the option 'census returns'. There are two notifications of Catharina, born 2-8-1889. You can order this certificates by activating 'order record'.

Reading these certificates Catharina grew up with her father and other brothers and sisters. On 13-7-1900 she left to the village of Reusel. On 16-9-1905 she came home again and left on 18-11-1907 to the village of Woensel (near Eindhoven).

A certificate of supervision of custody after the mother died, you'll find in the archive of the 'Kantongerecht Veghel' (BHIC).
