@Sandra - , to answer your question about which websites I use. Via the internet and for this particular topic and in this region I search first of all in:
-- BHIC ('Uitgebreid zoeken' , 'Notaris-schepen-en-andere-akten', 'Archieven Overzicht' etc. ). Also keep an eye on what becomes available in the near future through their service 'scannen op verzoek' ->
http://www.bhic.nl/onderzoeken/hulp-bij-onderzoek/scannen-op-verzoek. (free). What is already available as per 1 Feb 2019 -> see the Excel file you can find under ->
https://www.bhic.nl/nieuws/nieuwe-bronnen-online-januari-2019. Or you will come across the scans when you are searching. Also keep an eye on what is 'in bewerking' , ongoing work done by volunteers and staff, see ->
http://www.bhic.nl/onderzoeken/wat-zit-er-in ..what is not available now may be available next month or so. )
Furthermore for this topic I search in
-- Wiewaswie and /or Open Archives
-- Family Search (the scanned records). BHIC sometimes has links to this as well.
I don't use Delpher nor Dutch cemeteries for this particular topic and years as I am confident nothing will be in there for this family pre-1811. However, I use these sites and more sites for other searches, other regions and other time spans. I seldom use - and am always very careful when using- all the other sites such as familytree seeker, genealogy online or the ready-made family trees via familysearch, myheritage, geneanet and the like. These sites may have credible records, but also records sometimes (often) raked together ' in the garden of family trees'. Always search for the original source.
In addition, there is this forum where everyone who can and has time is willing to help.
