I am researching this family who are my Dutch husband's ancestors, and having a lot of difficulty finding Jean ALBRI, and his son Henri's (or Hendrik) birth details, etc. On Genlias, I found the marriage of Henri ALBRI to Anne Marie VERHORSTERT at Horst, Limburg in 1810, and it also gives his birthplace as Boxmeer, Noord-Brabant. I have also found a son (Theodorus ALBRIJ) and a daughter (Anna Gertrudis ALBRI)- both born and married in Boxmeer.
Can anyone help me please? I am not Dutch, but my husband is - we live in South Australia.

The baptism, marriage and burial registers of Boxmeer can be found on this site.
In the menu above, point to Stamboom and click "Voorouders binnen Brabant".
In the menu on the left side, click "Wat zit erin?". Click "Dopen, trouwen en begraven".
Scroll down until you find Boxmeer (or click the letter B first).
Now you'll find the registers of Beugen, Rijkevoort and Boxmeer. You'll find the booknumber and whether the index or scans are available online, soon will be online, are not online, or copies can be ordered.

Perhaps some indication:
- In 1810 - at the time of the marriage- Henri was recored as being 22 years old. [you can find a scan of the marriage record via Family Search. A quick way to access these FS reords via this link http://www.genver.nl/fs/indexlb.htm ].
- A brother - Antoine(= Antoon etc.) - was one of the witnesses in 1810; Antoine then 42 years old and living in Venray (L). Antoon died in Venray in 1833 at the age of 66 yrs. [See Genealogisch Archief Venray via this link http://www.rooynet.nl/ ] His parents' names given as Joannes Abré and Petronella Flori.. (according to the neigbours).
Please note: Don't take the given ages as being always 100% correct. Start searching around the expected DOB and have + / - a couple of years in mind.

Bev,
The parents of Henricus Albri are Joannes Albri and Petronella Peters. Their children baptised Boxmeer: 2-9-1766 Theodorus; 30-3-1768 Antonius; 3-4-1770 Hermanus; 28-12-1773 Leonardus; 30-9-1776 Anna Gertruda; 26-3-1779 Petrus; 6-6-1782 Anna Catharina; 13-5-1784 Carolus and the youngest son your Henricus 17-12-1787. Like Dorothé allready told, you can find the registers on this site.

Grateful thanks to the 3 people who replied to my query - I was very excited to hear from you all, and have already entered the details given by Wim, into our family tree!
I have also looked at the websites: given by Helena (thanks for those), but need more time to decipher those written in French, so I will do that later.
However, as both Wil & Dorothe have already advised, I have looked at the 'persoonsregistraties', and when I clicked on the 'Boxmeer' tag in the 'informatieblad' link, received an error message saying that a particular '....dll' file could not be found!
Any ideas as to why this happened, please?

Dear Bev, -- When you follow Dorethé's instructies correctly you will not see a 'Informatieblad'-link with a tag Boxmeer. Perhaps you are not looking in the right place?
Can you see the 'red' square with 'Stamboom', directly above in the middle of the tags '(yellow)Geschiedenis- (blue)Water-(red)Stamboom- (green)Onderzoek-(orange)Over ons'. Click on the (red)Stamboom tag and follow Dorethé's instructions step-by-step. Greetings from the other side of the 'ditch'.

Bev,-- Following you will find the direct link to the scan of the baptism of Theodorus on 2-9-1766.

You have to look in the DTB of Boxmeer: Rooms-Katholiek - Dopen 1751-1779 . And for the youngest children in Dopen 1780-1798

Dear Mrs. Schellen,
It occurred to me that the spelling of the name Albri in the early baptisms was written as Alberi and Albere. Italian maybe?
Albri is not a Dutch name as I thought before. I'm unable to find the marriage register of Joannes and Petronella at Boxmeer, sorry to say that.
With kind regards, Norah
Norah, 10-06-2011, 20:41 uur
Dear Bev,
Aha...now I see the reason for your ?: You must have clicked on the link ' 'Zoeken' naar Voorouders in Brabant' instead of - at the left side in the darker pink field - on 'Wat zit erin'.
And -indeed- there you see 'Persoonsregistraties ' , but that brings you to the [Word] document Informatieblad from where you can't go further to the scans. It must have tested your patience :).
Hopefully you have figured it out by now and found the scans?

Supplement:
Petronella Pieters (Peeters), daughter of Gerardus Pieters and Geertruij Gerrits was buried at Boxmeer 10-10-1814.
Norah, 11-06-2011, 14:31 uur
I have also found that Petronella was born at Boxmeer and that she died at the age of 77 years; her husband had been dead already.
Norah, 11-06-2011, 16:53 uur
Joannes Albrie died 22-12-1808, buried 24-12-1808, Boxmeer.
