Dear All, I want to upload a painting that need to be examine by van gogh enthusiast. underneath the painting scan was done by AXES, prof Koen Janssens and team, revealing the sketch or pentimeti similar to "Het Minus Oostrijck-mysterie" sketches.

I hope you are doing well?
Can I just ask... What is it you want to the 'van Gogh enthusiasts' to accomplish for you exactly?
If you want to find out if they think it's an original/lost 'van Gogh' then, I don't think you will get an answer here, I am afraid.
I think you are better off finding an auction house to examine your painting.
They will know much more about it than any genealogists can tell you.
