Jacobus was the son of a Jan / Joannes. He probably has a sister Maria.
Elisabetha was the daughter of a Wilhelmus / Guilielmus

Search for the kids of Jacobus and Elisabetha, (at least four), write down their names and the names of the witnesses. This will give you clues to find the parents of Jacobus and Elisabetha. Usually but not always, the eldest son was named after the paternal grandfather, the eldest daughter afther the maternal grandmother. The second son after the maternal grandfather and the second daughter after the paternal grandmother.

I think there is no will of the parents.
There are three "memories of successie" of Joannes.
Look for: Jo*annes van Uden, overledene, memorie van successie, Lith, 25 jan. 1815.
1) Brabant deel 40, inventarisnummer 40, akte 344, image 550. It's a declaration of the "armenfonds", an organization for poor people. Maybe someone can make a good translation.
2) Same register, akte 614, image 874, list of death people. Joannes van Uden Varkemarkt 3.
3) Brabant deel 67, akte 31, image 49, list of death people.

Antonius Eijsencolf was according his marriage record in 1756 'ex Crigere in Bohemiâ'. So not living in Crigere in 1756, but originating from that place. Meant is Kriegern in Böhmen. The catholic church books of Kriegern (nowadays the city of Kryry) are on Familysearch.
