Thank you. There is no one left in my country with the information I need. Zuster Veronica, I recently found out was not my great aunt, but my grandmother and no relatives in the Netherlands will tell me more.
So this is why I want to know about her on a more personal level.

This is more a question for someone who has known her best ( her own direct family, her brothers or sisters [ also passed away already?] or their descendants?).

The possible relationship..[internet tells me...] *could* have been recorded on her Persoonskaart /Persoonslijst' ? Since she passed away in 1999 in The Netherlands you can ask for an extract of her 'Persoonslijst' .

Her parents(full name was Hendrikus Josephus A.) got married at Meerssen 06-06-1896.
Catherine, Johanna Hubertina was your aunt/great-aunt I presume.

The only thing I can tell you is that her parents were Josephus Akkermans(farmer) and Maria Anna Genders.
She was born in the south of the Netherlands in a small village(rural surroundings).

I am looking for information about Zuster Veronica. She was born December 11, 1910 in Houthem and Died on March 4, 1999 in Asten. Her name was Johanna Hubertina Akkermans.
I am searching for information about the lady herself, not the missions. I am hoping to find someone that knew her or about her.
I will be more than happy to disclose my reasons as to why to anyone with knowledge.
This is very important to me to know the woman she was.
