Well, something is wrong here.
My first suggestion would be that the event "2) 18-nov-1807 Schepenbank Bergeijk" was not initiated by the death of Catharina Joordens, but was related to the death of Jan van den Brand.
Thus the Schepenakte was wrongly interpreted as a Scheiding en deling of the goods of Catharina whereas Jan was the one whose heritage was "verdeeld".
That's why a number of participans are from the van den Brand - branche. And non is named Joordens.

It´s difficult to see where a mistake was made without a scan of the official document. The remark "Notabene: Overleden echtg. van Jan van den Brand" is very confusing. Did they make a mistake and referred to her husband, in which case it should be 'is' instead of 'van'? If they didn't abbreviate 'echtg.' it would have been clear.
It could also be that a transcribent who added the meta-data to the online file, made a mistake (not very likely as it gets checked several times).
If you want to be really clear about it, you need to go to the source: in this case the file from the Schepenbank.
