Joannes van Buel and Maria Anna Bosmans had twins on 10-10-1774: Maria Agnes & Maria Joseph.

Move to image image 13/86 and we see an "extra" page with their names. I think it says...

a) did I make a mistake?
b) what is the word (---) I don't know?
c) what does "gemella" mean?
Youd din't make a mistake at all. As you mentioned before, these girls were twins.
Gemella means female twin(s).

a) No, you didn't, but you haven't used the unabbreviated words which could make it a bit more clear
b) The word between brackets is (I think): quorum. I'll explain it below.
c) Like Norah said: gemella (or gemelli) means twins. In this case female, because of the 'a' or 'æ' at the end.
